Q1:Why dose the boat didn't work at all when it was full charged?
A:Yes,make sure the battery full charged is the first step to ensure it will work normally,and other following steps as following:
Step 2-connect the battery with the boat and switch on the boat.(as picture 2)
Step 3-stand up the red wire signal receiver with the transparent tube.(as picture 3)
Step 4-filled in 9V batteries into the remote controller.
Step 5-put the boat in water and start pairing up the boat with remote controller. 
 

Q2: Followed all the steps, the boat still does not work?

A:Place the boat in water.The boat only works in water.

Note: 
The boat should be put on the water first and then turn on the controller. Because the rc boat have Motor protective device; only when the boat put on the water, the propeller Brass contact with water, then it will be energized.
Don't touch the motor and keep the boat dry after running to ensure the lifetime of the boat.
There is a wire at the end of the ship, and it needs a transparent tube sets together then they should stand up when you play it to make sure receive the signal.
In the process of playing, if the cabin flooded accidentally, Please open the lid to dry, otherwise the circuit boards will be easy to burned.
After receiving the rc boat, Please charge it firstly, as we can not sure every boat is full charged before shipped out, low-volyage operation will burn and damage the motor.
