Features:

The Mavlink LED Controller includes a controller board, 6 sets highlight LED strips and one USB to UART module. It is compatible with any flight controller with ardupilot or PX4 firmware like Pixhawk serial, APM serial, Pixracer, NAVIO2, PXFmini etc. It is compatible with Mavlink 1 and Mavlink 2
  1. The front 2 LEDs (F1 and F2) show the orientation of the aircraft and get solid when the aircraft arm, breathe when disarm. The color is changeable via the configurator
  2. The rear 2 LEDs (R1 and R2) show the status of the aircraft(GPS, RC failsafe, low battery, critical low battery, flight mode changing). Refer to the table below for more information about the aircraft status
  3. Other 2 LEDs (F3 and F4) show solid color. The color is changeable via the configurator
  4. All LEDs can Turn on/off via one of the Ch6 to Ch16

The small blue LED on the controller will indicate whether the Mavlink message received. Blinking when not receiving Mavlink message, solid when getting Mavlink message.
The LED strip will alternately flash when not receiving the Mavlink message. It will work normally when receiving the Mavlink message

            200mA @8 LED beads

            300mA @12 LED beads

            600mA @26 LED beads. 

  • Cable length for LED: 350mm
  • Max support 4 LEDs for one strip
Notice:
When more than 12 LED beads are used, the telem port of Pixhawk can not supply enough power, so you need power the Mavlink controller from an external 5V source
